Hmm....
Looks like doesn't know where to
go. What do you get when you PING the IP address, I assume that it never
"gets there", but what message do you get, "Unknown Destination Host"???
Is Teleglobe your DSL provider or DLS providers Upstream?? Complain
to them about Bad Routing Tables since you connection to the USA is
through TeleGlobe, and you obviously "can't get there, from here".
I get this with Win2K SP3 at 07:15PST on 02-FEB-2004:
