For the ThinkPad T30, a *generic* USB floppy drive works with eCS 1.1; you 
do not need an IBM branded USB floppy.  When I was beta testing eCS 1.1 on 
the T30, I needed to update a driver or two; Kim Cheung suggested a 
generic USB floppy which worked for me.  Also the generic USB floppy can 
be used to test if the USB ports on any of your other systems.
