Sounds like general WPS corruption. When was the last time you ran an INI
file cleaner?

You may also need to run:

<http://www.cds-inc.com/pub/pmfax/prndrv.exe>

To clean up any dirt not caught by the INI file cleaner.

Why? Because it's broken. What? The typical answer is to try the
typical fixes. Documented? Hard to say. The question has probably been
asked before on a newsgroup or mailing list, so Google is your friend.
