I don't know where you get the idea that I have regular contact with Jim.  
I was in contact with him last week to report a defect.  I only did this 
because Sandy indicated that Jim was doing some updates.  It was an old, 
known defect.  Before that the last contact I had with Jim was May, 2001.

I can only guess that is because it's not yet released.  Since you are 
registered user, you should ask Jim when he expects to release it.

Not really.  Anything I might say would be speculation.  You would do
