I got this trap screen once when I attempted to close Mozilla 1.6b (Bld
2003120914) and once when I tried to change URL's. I created the dump
with Ctl-Alt-NumLk-NumLk and since I didn't have a blank floppy, I
overwrote the files on an old one. Maybe that is why the Steven's extract
trap dump script resulted in "Exception in device driver" data is all X's,
but I don't think so. I suspect they mean that the trap was not initiated
by a device driver.

All of my partitions are HPFS and config.sys is setup to run chkdsk on all
of them in case of a trap.
In both cases when I rebooted, checking the partitions turned up the same
information--allocation errors corrected in:
C:\OS2\help\_cache0.db
gG:\mozilla\\\\cache.trash\trash\cache\_cache_001_ and _cache002_ and
_cache003_
It seems as if the OS2 cache0 allocation error and another one in my M:
partition file occurs every time there is a trap. The Mozilla caches were
0 bytes when the trap occurred on shutdown but had plenty of bytes when
the trap occurred at a switch in URL's.
Is what I am experiencing a bug in Mozilla or is it related to my cache
setup--which is as it was when I installed Mozilla.?
TIA for any advice.
Jack
