I dunno for sure, but this sounds to me like a defect in the design of their  
site.  Flash is Flash -- although the version can matter -- and it should be a  
standalone requirement; you should not need any of those other items in order to  
play a Flash clip.  I am unaware of any "hybrid" clips, and it seems quite  
unlikely, because each format is proprietary.  (I think Shockwave & Flash are  
basically synonymous.)  There are probably other ways to round up these clips, but  
maybe not from that particular site.  I think I have picked up a few by  
Shift_RightClick d/l, found others in ftp repositories, and gotten others simply  
by playing them once in Win, and then scrounging the clip from out of the disk  
cache.  (If you have a well-equipped Win boot partition somewhere -- even W98 --  
it can and should have one or more of those players installed, which would allow  
you to deal with a recalcitrant site like this one.)
