Hi Steven,

I did two traces: ucsd.trc and pacbell.trc, just to see the difference.

With ucsd, I get my email (MR/2 ICE) but no web sites (Mozilla).

I then dialed in to pacbell.net and while the mail did not seem to be
coming in, the web pages loaded immediately.

Looking at the two traces, I don't immediately see any significant
differences. Perhaps when you get a chance, you can look them over and let
me know if you have any suggestions.
