For many years, Com 2 worked fine. It is only recently that Injoy under
Com 2 stopped working because somehow the IRQ got changed from 4 to 3. Com
2 works under eCS because the IRQ is still at 4.
Now with the same BIOS, why would I suddenly have different IRQ's in the
different operating systems -- 3 in one and 4 in the other?
At least I am able to force the IRQ in OS/2 Warp back to 4, so Com 2 now
works again.
I just wish I knew what changed the IRQ from 4 to 3 only in OS/2 Warp.
Be I can't tell you how pleased I am to at least get it working!
Sandy
