Agreed. That was not my intent at all, and I'm sorry if you read it that
way. The quality (competence) of Tech Support and Customer Service from many
large companies have been in decline for many years (in my opinion), even when
these jobs were held by Americans. It does not matter at all to me what the
background of the person on the other end of the line might be, so long as he
/ she knows the subject and what they are doing. I would much rather have
seen the jobs stay here, one way or another. You may call that chauvinistic
if you like, but I assure you there is no racism involved. We have a very
diverse country here, and that is certainly a good thing.
