Jack,

Yes, I have been using 1.7 for a while without problems. Hopefully,
everything will go smoothly next week with 1.7.5.

I received the following notice on 12/28:
________________
From: "Sander Nyman"

Mozilla 1.7.5 (Official) for OS/2 & eCS has been released. This
version
once again fixes a series of security vulnerabilities, and lots more!
If
you are using version 1.7.3, or earlier, or any of the I.B.M. web
browsers
(including the latest), you should upgrade.

You can download it
here:

http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mozilla/releases/mozilla1.7.5/con
trib/mozilla-1.7.5-os2.zip

Or here if you prefer Mozilla with the
installer:

http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mozilla/releases/mozilla1.7.5/con
trib/mozilla-1.7.5-os2-installer.exe

NOTE: This release requires C runtime DLLs from Innotek. The latest
version is 0.5.1, which includes an installer. Available here:

http://download.innotek.de/gccos2/runtime/libc-0.5.1.exe

NOTE: This release also requires IPLUGINW.DLL to use the Java and
Flash
plugins. Available here:
http://www.innotek.de/products/javaos2/mozilla/

For a list of Mozilla 1.7.5 features, follow this link:
