Subject: SCOUG-Help: Mozilla 1.6b problem with Bank of America bill pay

If you are responding to someone asking for help who

After I finish setting up bills to be paid on the secure Bank of America
bill pay page and press the Pay Bills link, I get, after 5 or 10 seconds a
window that says "Cannot locate www.bankofamerica.com". The bill pay
pages are located at onlineeast.bankofamerica.com.

So I tried to log out via the link and got the same message. Then I
clicked on the url showing in the Mozilla address box, hit enter, and was
transfered to the proper unencrypted page.

BofA help gave me instructions to start Mozilla, minimize it, and start a
second Mozilla. I started Mozilla, started a secod Mozilla paage and
minimized the first one. No change.

I would appreciate someone's telling me how to start resolving this
problem or what additional information is needed.

Jack
