I have been using Mozilla 1.7 without problem and today I installed
1.7.5. Using 1.7.5, I logged on to BofA and tried out the bill pay
functions - - no problems. I also tried Mozilla 1.7.5 under Windows Xp
and the BofA site seems to be working. I guess the real test will come
in a few days.
Within the last week I transferred some funds between my brokerage and
BofA without any difficulty using Mozilla 1.7.
The bank has added some new functions to the website during the last
month, so they may have done something that is not playing nice with
your browser. Can you try a more recent version of Mozilla ?
