You need to RUN BOS2REXX in config.sys. There are other ways, but this is
probably the easiest for you. bootAble should have inserted this
statement for you.

Z: is the memdisk. bootAble uses the same technology as the eCS install
CD.
FWIW, most current hardware either does not support the floppy emulation
method or does not do it well.
