Absolutely true, except:
Not everything on the internet is optional, fun, shopping where one can just
walk away and go somewhere else. Sometimes that is the page that has the
information you need and there are no choices by to complain loud and long,
and then use IE to get what you need.
Sometimes life doesn't allow us choices.
A note to the webmaster is a waste of time, but often you can find sales
contacts, or executives and calmly inform the of the situation. If you point
out to a sales person that they are loosing sales because some kid with a copy
of Front Page is playing God with the storefront, you would be surprised at
the results you can obtain :-)
