I try to avoid cluttering my life with useless detail.  There will be time

I don't use RSJ, but IIRC the procedure is to drop the ISO onto the cdview  
window and burn.

It's very unlikely you need OS2SCSI.DMD.  None of the devices you have  
mentioned needed.
