You can modify the sysrestr.cmd from your other computer so that it will
work. sysrestr.cmd is customized so that it can find the tools it needs
without a PATH setup. Edit the script to make the paths are correct for
the eCS 1.2 install and it will work.
sysrestr.cmd is verbose, but simple. You should be able to edit it
yourself. If not ask questions.
