Yes and no. The documented limit of an HPFS partition is 64GB. The
practical limit is around 32GB. This assumes you consider it practical to
wait for a 32GB partition to chkdsk. :-)
I would seriously consider using JFS on any partition this large.

Oh, good. Sorry for the lack of response, but I've have had pieces of
hardware all over the shop since Friday. It seens that once I get
started, the list of things to tweak starts to just grow.
