Trap E's and be either hardware are software.  
 
Unfortunately since you probably have 1/2 GB or more of RAM and the trap E  
could be at any one of these addresses, it's sorta of like trying to get  
mail delivered by saying you live in the US.  Your mail is probably not  
going to find it's way to your mailbox.  
 
What's significantly more useful is the trap address and the registers  
from the trap screen.  
 
If you are saying the trap E is occuring every time you install Innotek  
Java, that is a clue.  Do you have Crystal sound chip in the trapping box?   
If so, do a Google for:  
 
 innotek runtime crystal audio  
 
and see if you can use the workarounds.
