Bob,
I believe that you go to the "Utilities" folder, which should be inside your "Programs"
folder, which is on the desktop. Inside the "Utilities" folder right mouse click on
"eCenter" and bring up its Properties window. Deselect "Automatically add to screen
border". I have not tried this yet, but I think that's how it works!
