It should work.
Check that all the REXX DLLs got copied and are in LIBPATH. Make sure you
got either all Classic or all Object REXX DLLs.
Check POPUPLOG for traps.
Exactly what error message do you get when you run a simple script like:
/* rexx */
say 'Hello world'
