I'm glad you got your registration/log on resolved.
I think that you will be able to install ECS 1.1 with little or no trouble. Taking the advise of
some SCOUG'ers, I installed with the IBM IDE drivers in performance mode (and not
Dani's drivers). Also, upon reboot following installation, my system hung at the loading
of the APM drivers. There are instructions for getting around that, should it happen to
you. However, you might just try not installing the APM drivers during installation.
Incidently, I still cannot use the APM drivers on my system. Had to REM them out of the
CONFIG.SYS, because my system hangs, if those drivers are called out.
