You have a large number of choices.

There's always Hobbes. Of course, most files are already there.
Generally, I recommend posting URLs to files rather than emailing them.
It prevents unexpected send large files to the world because mistakes will
happen. It also has the benefit that folks learn that they might have
found the file on their own with a quick web search.

If some file you think might by useful to others is not on Hobbes, I
recommend you consider uploading it.

You could also put the file up on your personal web space.
