No, Steven. I don't expect 24x7 support or a perfect product. But I do expect a response
back, if I use THEIR support facilities on THEIR website, which is EXACTLY WHAT I
DID. Otherwise, if they are not going to respond, then they shouldn't have a useless link
to entice people to waste time trying to use.
Now, I've been trying to contact EcomStation support on the website since
Wednesday. No response back. I DEFINITELY THINK a response by now is
appropriate. They had 2 week days to respond and they didn't!
BTW I send an E-Mail to the install newsgroup in desperation. I did not think mine was
an installation problem. Nevertheless, I sent it off anyway. I got a response back from
Bob St. John of Serenity International. I'm hoping he will follow through and fix it.
