Last week we wrote asking for help on restoring a lost desktop. We are extremely
grateful for all of the suggestions. However, none worked.

When we installed eCom 1.1 we had to reinstall most the programs. We are now in the
position of having to do it again. At present we are giving serious consideration to
abandoning eCom.

We will be shut down for about 10 days and after reading the various suggestions, will
decide on a course of action.

Any suggestions on how to reestablish the links between the individual programs and
eCom 1.1 (before or after) eCom has been reinstalled will be sincerely appreciated.

TIA
Louis W. Pinckert, S.M.
