Same problem. Same answer. Check your RESOLV settings.

>64 bytes from 63.251.137.21: icmp_seq=1. time=20. ms

The good news is your hardware is working. pinging an ip does not require
a valid DNS setup.

BTW, whois claims camlab.com is unknown which is a bit odd.
