If you are responding to someone asking for help who
may not be a member of this list, be sure to use the
REPLY TO ALL feature of your email program.

You can use Webwriter/2 from Hobbes. However it is
really unnecessary if you just learn the code; then
you can use any text editor. Take a one-hour tutorial
like Webtutor (an 8.3 version is available for download,
or I can send it to you offlist). Then go to your local
thrift shop, buy one of the $75 HTML coding manuals for
a dollar, and you are off. (However all these materials
are available online.)
Don't forget to validate at http://validator.w3.org!
I have drafted up a tutorial on this I can send anyone
offlist who is interested.
