If you are responding to someone asking for help who  
may not be a member of this list, be sure to use the  
REPLY TO ALL feature of your email program.

You can use Webwriter/2 from Hobbes.  However it is  
really unnecessary if you just learn the code; then  
you can use any text editor.  Take a one-hour tutorial  
like Webtutor (an 8.3 version is available for download,  
or I can send it to you offlist).  Then go to your local  
thrift shop, buy one of the $75 HTML coding manuals for  
a dollar, and you are off.  (However all these materials  
are available online.)  
 
Don't forget to validate at http://validator.w3.org!  
 
I have drafted up a tutorial on this I can send anyone  
offlist who is interested.
