Good thinking, Mark.

Since RMView (Resource Manager View) only shows Resource Manager
registered stuff, you should also try PCI
(http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/os2/util/misc/pci048vka.zip). There's also
ScanPCI (also on Hobbes). And use SPCIIRQ if you really want to fiddle
with the interrupts
(http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/os2/system/drivers/spciirq.zip).
