Maybe Perry forgot this.  You should post a query to the newsgroup.  If 
you really want pwICQ2 to work, that's the best place to discuss the app.  
It's the only newsgroup where I see Perry posting. 
Keep in mind that the preview is dated 9/3/2003.  This is a good thing.  
However, as a developer, I find I am more apt to develop if I sense 
there's interest in the app.
