One site that's coming along nicely is:

although you might still consider it under construction. 
The best solution, IMO, is to first select a set of items that seem to 
meet your needs.  Next do some preliminary searching of the newsgroups and 
the os2hardware Yahoo group.  If that does not provide sufficient specific 
feedback, a post to the os2hardware Yahoo group should get you more 
specifici feedback. 
Posting here too is fine, but the os2hardware group is more focused on, 
well, just hardware. :-)
