I have downloaded the newest ecsmt and successfully installed it, but   
how do you use it! Do you have to fire up your browser first (I did   
that)? I selected the latest fixpak (xr0c004x), and nothing happens. I   
found the screen with the queue for downloading, but it shows error for   
userid and password. I filled in my current userids and passwords, but   
nothing happens. I even read the help files. Can you help me?
