If your diskette driver is A:, entery that. The files you downloaded are
a form of self-extracting executables. They will run in either OS/2 or
DOS. When run, the will create the installation diskettes from the
compressed image within the file.

You probably should not need to, if you have standard hardware (i.e. IDE
hard drive and CD-ROM).
