TCP/IP Configuration -> Hostname does *not* show the Earthlink domain
name server IP.

And if I manually change the resolv file to the "good" DNS IP, NSLOOKUP
then shows that it is using the "good" DNS.

The question is: What program sets the value in the resolv file?
