Hi Sandy
This is your decision !
If your system works well and without any problems
I would create it from a Drive Image backup ;-)
On the other hand a new HDD is a chance to start
from scratch and will bring a new cleaned system partition,
perhaps with some new problems again ;-(
And of course, the shifting drive letter problem can be solved
too !

Subject: SCOUG-Help: Re: Restore
I am planning to restore my EComStation partition from a Drive
Image
backup to a new hard drive.
This will entail a change in the drive letter.
Is that going to be a problem?
Would it be better to reinstall ECS from scratch?
If I do a reinstall instead of a restore, do I need to reinstall
ALL of
the fixpacks, can I use just the latest one?
Thanks,
Sandy
