Thanks, Steven. It was in CMDREF.INF under ANSI escape sequences.
Previously, I had searched all of the *.INF and *.HLP files for such
things as "fonts", "colors", "command line" and/or combinations of
these.
I guess it really helps to know what to look for in the search variable!
