Ben,

The motherboard BIOS assigns the IRQ's and other system resources, never
the OS. You probably know that. Usually, the IRQ's are assigned by what
boards go in what slots. I believe that the only way you are going to
get different IRQ's for your SCSI and SB boards is to move them around
into different slots and trying it. You may have to move one or more of
the other boards, too.

Another alternative: Turn off the SCSI service on the motherboard. I
have an Adaptec 2940UW you can use.
