The studio just called me back. The CD was created on Windows 98 Second
Edition using Adaptec Easy CD Creator version 4.03a and the format of
the CD is "Joliett".

Where do I get the CDFS.IFS (not cdfd.ifs - yes?) which supports /W? My
CDFS.IFS is dated 16 Feb 1999 -- should I just add /W to the its
CONFIG.SYS IFS= line and reboot, or do I need a newer version? HELP
CDFS doesn't mention /W. (What does /W do?)
