Why did you install the JRE?

You need to follow the installation instructions a little better. The
files must be unzipped from the ROOT of the drive where the JDK is
installed. That explains why you got the results you did.

You have lots of clean up to do. You have not broken anything, but you
have dumped lots of garbage into both your JDK and JRE installations.

Some people need the JRE. If you don't, delete it.

You will find a JAVA11 subdirectory below your JAVA11 directory. It's
garbage. Delete it and the subdirectories below it. Then reinstall the
update correctly.

You are probably going to need a UNIMAINT run afterward to clean up.
