Subject: SCOUG-Help: Re: Approach file

=====================================================

I have a Lotus Approach file that I use a lot (in SS 1.6 under Warp 4, FP
15).

I can always open the file by going into Approach and opening the file.

However, for many months I have been using a shortcut. I created a shadow
of the .apr (Approach) file on the desktop, and I just clicked on that. It
always opened Approach directly into my file.

All of a sudden, when I click on the file object on the desktop, it opens
Approach and freezes before opening the file. I have to do a ctrl-alt-del
to exit. I can't think of any recent changes except running Unimaint
Repair (but I have run that before without problems).

I deleted the file object and recreated it, but it didn't help. I can
still access the file by opening Approach first and then opening the file.

Is there a simple fix? Is something corrupted? Should I do a reinstall of
Approach?

Please let me know if more information is needed.

Thanks,
Sandy
