OK, try downloading from the following location:

http://downloads.viaarena.com/drivers/audio/68mu210b.zip. According to a posting
on http://en.os2.org, this is version 2.10B of the sound driver for the AC97 audio chipset.

So this may work (but since I don't have this chipset), however I make no guarantees.
