Background: I've built my own PC with the following components:

Motherboard: Intel SE440BX-2, BIOS level P15 (not the latest as P17 is
the most current BIOS level)
CPU: Pentium II-400 (slot 1)
RAM: 128MB, 168-pin, 100Mhz
CD: a 16x IDE (not sure what manufacturer)
Hard drive: Western Digital Caviar 35100, nearly 5GB, entire drive is
C:\ formatted HPFS
Sound card: Sound Blaster 16 PnP
Case: ATX, 6 drive bays, 7 card slots

The problem: I installed MCP (Convenience Pack for Warp 4), and after
installation, I've experienced occasional "hangs" during boot-up, where
it's at a blue screen with the clock, and it stops there and never opens
the desktop (no Warp Center, no bitmap, no icons). If I Ctrl-Esc, I do
get a Window List, but there's nothing in it.

Even after taking out Warp Center from SET AUTOSTART= in CONFIG.SYS, the
problem still persists. Switching video cards from a Matrox MGA to a
Diamond Stealth64 Video 2001 has no difference (also it is currently
set to plain VGA). Taking out a 3COM 3C905B-TXNM also did not make a
difference (also I set MPTS to "No Network Adapter" as I do not have
DSL nor cable modem service at home).

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
