OK, some folks had a problem with installing v1.5 from the CD. Jim Burke
describes the workarounds at:

http://www.ionet.net/~jimburke/ecs/KnownIssues.html

This does not sound exactly like your problem since you did not mention
any install error messages, but it would be safer to do the copy and
install from the hard drive. It's possible your failure is a different
sympthom of the same problem.

Worth a try. Also, get the replacement file described in the document.
Since Indelible-Blue is now Prism Data Works, the URL probably has
changed. If it does not work, you'll need to ask for an updated URL on
one of the eCS support lists at news.ecomstation.nl.
