First thing I would do is reinstall all you printer drivers. Shred them
first. If that does not work, use:

http://www.cds-inc.com/pub/pmfax/prndrv.exe

to delete them. It sometimes does a better job. Lotus products are
extremely sensitive to the slightest problem with the printer drivers.
