By that I mean collecting the information and maintaining the web pages.
I don't accept technically challenged or don't know as a reason for you
not to do it. ;-) You can learn. Also, there are many SCOUG folks that
are adept in page layout that will help you over any sticking points you
have.

The Bug Tracker is very good, but probably too much for you to start with.
I would suggest a simple input form. Rollin can arrange to get the form
submissions emailed to you.
