Warp is no more or less secure than any other system. If you are not
running any servers such as FTP or Telnet, no one can do anything to your
system. Most folks that are connected via DSL or cable like the warm
feeling that a hardware or software firewall will give them, but the
reality is that most don't run anything that requires this.

That said, if you plan on running an internal intranet you will be running
server applications a firewall is a must.
