SYS0127: The specified procedure could not be found.
EXPLANATION: The specified procedure is not in the
module being searched or in the Exitlist routine list.
ACTION: Check which procedure is being requested and
make sure that it is in the module or Exitlist routine list.

Looks like either IBM Web Browser or Opera overwrote a file (DLL?) that
Mozilla 092 uses.

To verify, reinstall Mozilla 092 (it's just an unzip I think) and see if
it starts working again. If it does, reinstall just one of IBM Web
Browser or Opera and see if Mozilla fails, then reinstall 092 and
reinstall the other one to see if Mozilla fails.
