This looks OK.

You did not post the entire protocol.ini. Please try again. The Linksys
drivers, as you know, have lots of problems. You may not be running the
correct version for your card. Just because it came with the card, does
not mean it's the right one. Linksys's OS/2 software quality control is
very bad. Try commenting out the Slot and Media_Mode lines. You only
have one card in the box? Correct?

That's why you attach binary files. Use Message -> Attach a file -> MIME
Base64. FWIW, this should be your default setting with MR2/ICE.
