Probably. You might want to test that it still works correctly
afterwards.

Use Unimaints WPS -> Selected Object Settings dialog to clear the NODELETE
flags and you should be able to delete the items.

For those considering this there are a few lessons to be learned. Rocky
swapped in a new motherboard, NIC and video card without reverting to the
NULLNDIS device driver and VGA video. This, most likely, triggered the
majority of this problems.
