When I say it won't run from the command line, I am saying that in
addition to not running from the SETUP.CMD command file of the
driver install (run from the WPS), it won't run from an OS/2
window opened on the desktop (WPS is up, meaning PM is also up).
In other words, it's not just that it won't run under control of
the command file. It won't run at all.
