Typically trap E's are indicate memory problems, but they can also be code
induced.

What the trap often means is that the kernel encountered an unexpected
page fault.

I would assume m-SOCKET is part of the tcp/ip sockets drivers, so
replacing the KEE drivers might be the solution. That is replace
socketk.sys with socket.sys and afinetk.sys with afinet.sys.

Also, you might try a different NIC driver. It's possible the failure is
in the NDIS interface.

There's also the fix for trap E's caused by a PPP dialer defect. I don't
know if this applies to your case.
