Hi Steven,

I did a little playing around -- a different computer with a different
printer (DeskJet instead of LaserJet), and SS 1.6 printed the MS Word doc
file just fine.

On my computer I used "prndrv -d laserjet.hp" and deleted all traces of
the printer on my computer. I then reinstalled the printer from
laserjet.drv. It didn't help.

Does this sound like a driver problem? Should I try getting a different
(older or newer) version of laserjet.drv?

Is there something else I can try? I hate to have to go back to SS 1.5 if
I don't have to.

Thanks,
Sandy
